How the Test Grade Calculator works
The percentage is calculated from correct answers divided by total questions. An optional wrong-answer penalty subtracts a percentage of incorrect answers, and extra credit points are added after the base score.

Test percentage = (correct ÷ total × 100) − (incorrect × penalty) + extra credit
